Philip Mayer
General Manager 
Philip Mayer has more than 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and has managed several petroleum projects. Philip was previously the Managing Director of a Construction Company and was involved in the construction of 63 villas in the North of the Island. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Management Studies and an MBA from the Robert Gordon University, Scotland.

Nicolas de Ravel
Project and Construction Manager
Nicolas de Ravel is employed as the Construction Manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Nicolas  has a passion for excellence and a solid history of substantial accomplishments. He was the Managing Director of building and civil engineering companies.

With the continuous rising costs of materials and labour, the poor quality of finishing as well as the inefficiency in the construction sector, our objective is to satisfy demanding customers by introducing innovative products, new construction techniques and by improving construction processes.

Domus Management & Services Ltd uses state-of-the art software to monitor and to control the construction activities. Some of these software are:

  • Online Project Management System - To improve communication and disseminate documents between stakeholders.

  • Services Design Software - To increase productivity and quality.
